### Are my social connections secure?

Yes. InboxJoy uses secure connection flows, stores only what it needs to power sync and messaging, and keeps billing through Stripe. Your connected accounts stay under your control.

### What are automations?

Automations are simple workflows that watch for things like new inbound messages or post replies, then trigger actions like sending a DM, running FAQ logic, or routing conversations automatically.

### What are the limits in each plan?

Free includes 1 Instagram connection, 2 DM automations, and 100 synced messages per month. Pro includes 3 social connections, 5 DM automations, 2,500 synced messages per month, and 30 days of sync history. Lifetime gives you all features, unlimited connections and automations, plus up to 1M synced messages.

### Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel anytime from billing settings. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

### Do you offer refunds?

Yes. InboxJoy offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund window. If it is not the right fit, just reach out within 7 days and we will handle it.
